Terms and conditions :

 

1. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the shoot or before final delivery.

Booking is confirmed only after payment and mutual agreement on date/time.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must notify at least 72 hours in advance for any rescheduling. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot will forfeit the booking amount. Gaurav Bhargava Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, illness), and will coordinate a new date with the client.

 

3. Deliverables Final watermarked edited images will be delivered within 7–10 working days (unless specified otherwise). Watermarked Raw/unedited images will be shared for selection purpose Deliverables are shared via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or email, depending on file size.

 

4. Usage & Copyright All images remain the intellectual property of Gaurav Bhargava Photography unless a commercial license is purchased. Clients are granted personal usage rights for digital sharing and promotion.

 

5. Image Selection & Editing Editing includes color correction, cropping, basic retouching. Additional retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, background changes, object removal) may be subject to extra charges. Final image selection is at the discretion of the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

6. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe, makeup, props, and shoot preparation unless additional services have been booked. Any delays caused by the client may reduce the overall shoot time.

 

7. Model/Subject Consent By booking a session, the client gives Gaurav Bhargava Photography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion however to maintain privacy if client doesn't want to use the pictures 25% of package will be charge extra.

 

8. Limitation of Liability Gaurav Bhargava Photography is not liable for loss or damage caused due to technical issues, storage device failure, natural calamities, or client delay. If a shoot cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances, a full or partial refund will be provided at the photographer’s discretion.
